Fred has been married for 48 years to Barbara Clark. They have two sons and three grandchildren. This will be his seventh trip to Panguma. He is anticipating an emotional journey, as this will likely be his last trip there.
Denise Paran has been attending Camp Hill UMC for 17 years where she enjoys volunteering in the Nursery. She lives in Lemoyne and is the Business Manager at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School. This is her tenth trip to Africa and her fourth trip to Panguma. She is looking forward to returning, celebrating and reconnecting with everyone there.
Drew Robeson has been working for Camp Hill UMC the last ten years in Youth Ministry. Drew lives near CV High School with his wife Jenny and three kids. This will be Drew’s second trip to Panguma. Drew is excited to return to Panguma to continue building relationships, learning about the community and making a smooth transition of leadership with Fred Clark.
Marsha Banks is the Founder and Executive Director of Amiracle4sure, Inc., a non profit organization in Harrisburg, PA whose mission is to provide services and support to families who have been impacted by incarceration. Marsha has eight adult children and 11 grandchildren. She loves to Worship the Lord and is a member of the Worship Ministry Team at Camp Hill UMC. This is Marsha’s second trip to Panguma. Marsha is looking forward to returning to Sierra Leone to continue her learning experience of serving and supporting the families in Panguma.
Sarah Fraley, 1st trip, works for PerformCare as a Member Services Specialist. Sarah lives in Harrisburg and recently joined CHUM in January. She loves traveling and has a heart for missions and people in need. This is Sarah’s second mission trip and first time to Sierra Leone, Africa.
Lonnie is married to Leslie Petersheim and has been coming to Camp Hill UMC for 2 years. He works as a User Experience Designer for Highmark and lives in Camp Hill. This will be Lonnie’s first trip to Sierra Leone. He is excited to use his skills and background in design, film and photography to capture the team’s experience and tell the stories of Panguma. Look forward to seeing his work soon after the trip.
