Camp Hill UMC APP

We have outgrown our current APP! We are hoping to implement a new mobile app by the fall. You can find all the information that lived on the app on our mobile-friendly website, camphillumc.org, including the weekly prayer list, weekly news, giving, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Leslie Petersheim at lpetersheim@camphillumc.org. Feel free to delete the current mobile app!

Panguma Scholarship Campaign Coming Soon

The Panguma Scholarship Campaign is an opportunity to support the education of a child or teen in Sierra Leone, where the 2018 literacy rate was under 49%. When you invest in education where poverty is abundant, knowledge is one of the only things that does not waste away. Campaign details coming soon!

June Prayer Time Calendar

Children are more than the church of tomorrow; they are a vital part of the church today! The vision of CHUM Children is to grow children’s hearts for God. We want children to experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them, and how much He loves them. We were given prayer as a way to communicate with God directly. Teaching our children to pray helps them to understand that God is always accessible and always there for them.

The children of Camp Hill UMC have listed ideas for prayer for you to consider each day, and we invite you to add your own personal prayers. Beginning June 1st, prayers will be listed on camphillumc.org/prayertime and daily on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Upward Flag Football & Cheerleading

Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading registrations are available online! Visit camphillumc.org/upwardsports to register! If you have questions, please email rnoss@camphillumc.org. We’re looking forward to a great season!

Virtual Small Groups

It is more important now than ever to continue to connect with others during our shelter-in-place order. Are you looking for a practical way to stay connected to our church family? We are now offering virtual small groups! Visit camphillumc.org/virtualgroups for current offerings or to register for us to form a new virtual group including you. Questions, contact Sandy Zirbel at szirbel@camphillumc.org.

Be The Church

We have heard from many of you who are searching for ways to offer your talents and spirit to your neighbors. We are excited that we are bringing together those who are in need and those who are willing to help. If you are in need of food, someone to run an errand for you, or someone to talk to, we want to connect you with those in the church who care. So, if you are in need or you want to give of yourself, please visit camphillumc.org/bethechurch. Questions, contact Drew Robeson at
drobeson@camphillumc.org.

Daily Encouragement

Every day (except for Saturday Sabbath), someone from Camp Hill UMC will be engaging with you on Facebook Live at 6:30 pm. In our church’s pattern of praying together at dinner time, we invite you to join in these “community” events and to add your prayers to the chorus.

Bring questions from that morning’s sermon!

Mondays: Monday Motivation

COVID-19 Update

Our leadership team is carefully and continually monitoring this situation. As information evolves, camphillumc.org/coronavirus is the primary, most up-to-date place for you to receive answers to commonly asked questions. We are committed to doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for our church family and surrounding community.

The Camp Hill UMC campus is currently closed. The church office will remain open with modified hours. On Mondays, the office will be open from 9:00 am—4:00 pm. Every other day of the week, the office will be open from 9:00 am—noon. For the safety of you, our community, and our staff, please call or email rather than visiting. If you must stop by, please call in advance. You can find our list of contact information by visiting camphillumc.org/staff or you can call the church office at 717-737-5631. Thank you for your patience during this time.
